RATIONALITY EVALUATION OF USE ANTI-TUBERCULOSIS DRUGS IN ONE OF HOSPITAL IN BENGKULU PERIOD 2021

Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis, which can attack various organs, especially the lungs. Tuberculosis is the first infectious disease that causes death. Death from TB can be prevented with early diagnosis and appropriate treatment. In 2016 it is estimated that around 10.4 million TB sufferers in the world.in this study was carried out prospectively. Primary data in the form of questionnaires to patients and secondary data in this study were data that were already available at the hospital in the form of medical records of patients with a diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis in Dr. Hospital. M. Yunus Bengkulu.The results showed that the use of OAT in pulmonary TB patients at M. Yunus General Hospital was rational (100%) for indicators of the right indication, right patient, right choice of drug and right way of administration, while for the right indicator of dose the rationality obtained was still not enough (98, 5%)
