Background: Diabetic foot ulcers are the most common complications in patients with neuropathy. When diabetic foot ulcers could be cared properly, then preventing the risk of greater amputation. Methods: Case studies on a patient with DM type 2 and has diabetic foot ulcers with a history of irregular DM treatment. Wound care was using modern dressing and an estimated length of healing based on wound presentation with Bettes Jensen in patients followed by prolonged blood sugar monitoring independently by the patient and reported the progress of wound healing Result: The progress of foot ulcers healing in patients as well as prediction in healing condition.
