Persepsi Masyarakat Mengenai Pemberian Vaksinasi Booster di Wilayah Kerjapuskesmas Rajabasa Indah Bandar Lampung

ABSTRACT
Covid-19 vaccination is one of the government's efforts to deal with the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia, especially booster vaccinations where there is a decrease in effectiveness after the second dose. The Lampung region has very low program achievements. This is influenced by people's perceptions of the vaccine itself. To approach public perception regarding the effectiveness of giving booster vaccinations in the working area of the Rajabasa Indah Health Center, Bandar Lampung, in 2022. Qualitative study using a descriptive design with a phenomenological approach, with a purposive sampling technique. The number of informants who were interviewed was 10 people and 1 of them was a key informant. The results obtained from this study are the public's perception of the specifications in the form of perceived benefits, perceived obstacles and incentives to act. Not all people consider that vaccines are effective and useful, some cancel that vaccines are only a condition for travel and a condition for receiving assistance. The people who receive it are also prohibited on government advice.

ABSTRAK
Vaksinasi Covid-19 menjadi salah satu upaya pemerintah dalam menangani pandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia, khususnya vaksinasi booster dimana adanya penurunan efektivitas paska dosis dua. Wilayah Lampung memiliki capaian vaksinasi yang masih sangat rendah. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh persepsi masyarakat mengenai vaksin itu sendiri. Mengeksplorasi persepsi masyarakat mengenai efektivitas pemberian vaksinasi booster di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Rajabasa indah Bandar Lampung tahun 2022. Penelitian kualitatif rancangan deskriptif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel Purposive Sampling. Jumlah informan yang dilakukan wawancara sebanyak 10 orang dan 1 diantaranya sebagai informan kunci. Berdasarkan hasil pada penelitian didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah persepsi masyarakat terhadap adanya vaksinasi berupa persepsi manfaat, persepsi hambatan dan dorongan untuk bertindak. Tidak semua masyarakat menilai bahwa vaksin efektif dan bermanfaat, ada pula yang beranggapan bahwa vaksin hanya sebagai syarat perjalanan dan syarat menerima bantuan. Masyarakat yang menerima vaksin pun didasari atas anjuran pemerintah.
