Hubungan Usia dan Lama Pembedahan dengan Kejadian Ponv Pada Pasien dengan Anestesi Spinal di RSUD 45 Kuningan

ABSTRACT

 

Post Operative Nausea and Vomiting (PONV) refers to nausea and vomiting after surgery, which is one of the mild to severe complications in patients at RSUD (Regional Public Hospital) 45 Kuningan. There were 100 cases that used spinal anesthesia which might cause PONV, the risk factors for age and duration of surgery with the incidence of PONV at RSUD 45 Kuningan have never been studied. Knowing the correlation between age and duration of surgery with the incidence of PONV in patients with spinal anesthesia at RSUS 45 Kuningan. This study used a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design. The research sample was 80 respondents who were taken using a purposive sampling technique. Respondents were patients aged 17-65 years with spinal anesthesia and experienced PONV less than 24 hours. The statistical test used is the Sommers'd Correlation Test and the Lambda Correlation Coefficient Test. Data from 80 respondents mostly experienced mild PONV (52.5%), moderate PONV (37.5%), severe PONV (8.8%), and very severe PONV (1.3%). Bivariate analysis of this study, age (r 0.033, r 0.21) and duration of surgery (r 0.047, r 0.143) had a significant correlation with the incidence of PONV. There is a correlation or relationship between age and duration of surgery with the incidence of PONV in patients with spinal anesthesia at RSUD 45 Kuningan.

ABSTRAK

 

Post Operative Nausea and Vomiting (PONV) merupakan mual muntah setelah pembedahan yang menjadi salah satu komplikasi ringan sampai berat pada pasien di RSUD 45 Kuningan. Terdapat 100 kasus yang menggunakan anestesi spinal yang mungkin menyebabkan terjadinya PONV dan faktor risiko usia dan lama pembedahan dengan kejadian PONV di RSUD 45 Kuningan belum pernah dilakukan penelitian. Mengetahui hubungan usia dan lama pembedahan dengan kejadian PONV pada pasien dengan anestesi spinal di RSUD 45 Kuningan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 80 responden yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Responden merupakan pasien usia 17-65 tahun dengan anestesi spinal dan mengalami PONV kurang dari 24 jam. Uji statistik yang digunakan yaitu Uji Korelasi Sommers’d dan Uji Koefisien Korelasi Lambda. Data dari 80 responden sebagian besar mengalami PONV ringan (52,5%), PONV sedang (37,5%), PONV berat (8,8%), dan PONV sangat berat (1,3%). Analisis bivariat dari penelitian ini, usia (r 0,033, r 0,21) dan lama pembedahan (r 0,047, r 0,143) memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kejadian PONV. Terdapat korelasi atau hubungan antara usia dan lama pembedahan dengan kejadian PONV pada pasien dengan anestesi spinal di RSUD 45 Kuningan.
