Hubungan Dukungan Keluarga dengan Tingkat Spiritual Pada Pasien Gagal Ginjal Kronik di Ruang Hemodialisa RSU Royal Prima Medan

ABSTRACK

 

Chronic Kidney Failure is the most common disease currently suffered with the 20th highest death rate in the world. Family support is a very crucial solution when facing problems, especially health problems, and patients undergoing treatment really need to fulfill their spiritual needs to overcome feelings of despair, anxiety, protection, uprooting, loss and death. This research is to determine the relationship between family support and spiritual level in chronic kidney failure patients in the hemodialysis room. This survey uses an analytical observation method with a cross sectional approach. The total number of patients undergoing Hemodialysis at the Royal Prima Medan Hospital in October 2023 was 134 people. The sampling technique used in this survey was purposive sampling with a total sample of 36 respondents. Spearman rho test obtained correlation results (0.576) with a significance value of 1%. These results prove that there is a fairly strong correlation between the relationship between family support and the spiritual level of patients in the hemodialysis room.

ABSTRAK

 

Gagal Ginjal Kronik merupakan penyakit paling banyak diderita saat ini dengan angka kematian tertinggi ke-20 didunia. Dukungan keluarga merupakan salah satu solusi yang sangat krusial ketika menghadapi permasalahan khususnya permasalahan kesehatan dan Pasien yang menjalani pengobatan sangat perlu memenuhi kebutuhan spiritualitasnya untuk mengatasi perasaan putus san, cemas, terisolasi, ketidakpastian, kehilangan dan kematian. penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan tingkat spiritual pada pasien gagal ginjal kronik di ruang hemodialisa. survey ini memanfaatkan metode  observasi analitik  dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Total  pasien yang melaksanakn Hemodialisa di Rumah Sakit Royal Prima Medan dibulan oktober 2023 sebanyak 134 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan pada survey ini merupakan  purposive sampling dengan total sampel berjumlah 36 responden. Uji spearman rho didapatkan hasil korelasi (0,576) dengan nilai signifikasi 1%. Dari hasil tersebut membuktikan bahwa adanya kolerasi yang cukup kuat antara Hubungan Dukungan Keluarga dengan Tingkat Spiritual Pada Pasien di Ruang Hemodialisa.
