ABSTRACT

Psychological problems are prone to occur in nurses and can be prevented by increasing nurse resilience. Nurse resilience can help overcome psychological problems and affect the quality of nursing care provided to clients. This scientific work aims to implement evidence-based nursing management practice (EBP), namely the application of the Zinger model to the nursing management direction function in improving the resilience of nurses who serve in the inpatient room. Measurement of the level of resilience using the Adult Resilience Measure-Revised (ARM-R) questionnaire before and after implementation. The results of measuring the level of resilience of nurses found that there were differences in the level of resilience, especially in the low and medium categories. There was a 4.5% decrease in the level of resilience in the low category from 22.7% to 18.2%, while in the moderate category there was an increase of 4.6% from 54.5% to 59.1%. Future research is expected to continue the application of the Zinger Model to improve nurse resilience with more interventions and for a longer time, 1-5 months for positive results.
