Tinjauan Naratif Pengaruh Pendidikan Seksual terhadap Perilaku Seks Pranikah pada Remaja

ABSTRACT
This review aimed to evaluate the impact of sex education on premarital sexual behavior among adolescents. This study adopts a PCC (Population, Concept, Context) approach with an article selection method based on the PRISMA guidelines. The analysis reveals that sex education provided in schools and through digital platforms significantly contributes to improving adolescents' knowledge, attitudes, and skills in avoiding risky sexual behaviors. Several key factors that influence the effectiveness of these programs include the competence of educators, the availability of adequate resources, and the implementation of peer-based approaches. These findings highlight the importance of integrating sex education into school curricula and utilizing digital technologies as an effective means of reducing health risks associated with premarital sexual behavior in adolescents.

ABSTRAK
Tujuan dari tinjauan naratif ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh pendidikan seksual terhadap perilaku seks pranikah pada remaja. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan PCC (Population, Concept, Context) dengan metode seleksi artikel yang berlandaskan pedoman PRISMA. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan seksual yang disampaikan di sekolah serta melalui platform digital secara signifikan berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan remaja dalam menghindari perilaku seksual berisiko. Beberapa faktor kunci yang mempengaruhi efektivitas program ini meliputi kompetensi pengajar, ketersediaan sumber daya yang memadai, serta penerapan pendekatan berbasis teman sebaya. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi pendidikan seksual dalam kurikulum sekolah serta pemanfaatan teknologi digital sebagai sarana efektif untuk mengurangi risiko kesehatan yang berkaitan dengan perilaku seksual pranikah pada remaja.
