Strategi Pemanfaatan Layanan Medis dan Non-Medis untuk Penguatan Pendapatan Rumah Sakit: Literature Review
Sari
ABSTRACT
Hospitals in the modern era face complex challenges such as rising operational costs, competition between institutions, and changes in health financing patterns. Efforts to strengthen revenue are key to financial sustainability and service quality. This study aims to identify effective strategies for utilizing medical and non-medical services to strengthen hospital revenue using the PICO method (Population, Intervention, Comparison, Outcome). Literature searches were conducted in internationally and nationally indexed journals from 2019–2025. The results show that interventions such as diversifying medical services, digitalizing services, optimizing non-medical services, and public-private partnerships significantly strengthen hospital revenue compared to hospitals that rely solely on inpatient revenue.
Keywords: Hospital Revenue, Medical Services, Non-Medical Services, PICO, Financial Management.
