MODEL DUKUNGAN DALAM MENURUNKAN KECEMASAN IBU HAMIL MENGHADAPI PERSALINAN: A SCOPING REVIEW

Abstract


Pengalaman persalinan dianggap sebagai pengalaman yang tidak menyenangkan sehingga menimbulkan kecemasan pada ibu hamil dalam menghadapi persalinan. Kecemasan pada ibu hamil sangat berpotensi menimbulkan depresi pada ibu hamil. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mensintesis artikel terkait model dukungan dalam menurunkan kecemasan ibu hamil menghadapi persalinan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode scoping review untuk mengetahui model dukungan pada ibu hamil di masyarakat. Proses Pencarian menggunakan populasi, konsep dan konteks sesuai dengan tujuan penulisan melalui database PubMed, Cochrane dan SAGE Journal yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2019-2024. Proses seleksi yang dilakukan menggunakan metode Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) dan melakukan Critical Appraisal menggunakan The Joanna Briggs Institute checklist. Dari 1.159 didapatkan 7 artikel yang dipilih dalam review ini. Model dukungan yang dapat diterapkan pada ibu hamil dalam menurunkan kecemasan menghadapi persalinan diantaranya dukungan pasangan, dukungan sosial, dukungan kelompok antenatal care dan dukungan tenaga kesehatan. Kesimpulan: Model dukungan tersebut dapat diterapkan pada ibu hamil dalam menurunkan kecemasan menghadapi persalinan.
