Perilaku Deteksi Dini Kanker Payudara Peserta Pelatihan Kesehatan di UPTD Balai Pelatihan Kesehatan Provinsi Lampung
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi prediktor perilaku deteksi dini kanker payudara peserta pelatihan kesehatan di UPTD. Balai Pelatihan Kesehatan Provinsi Lampung . Sampel diambil dengan cara purposif dari populasi peserta pelatihan kesehatan di UPTD. Balai Pelatihan Kesehatan Provinsi Lampung. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi cross-sectional. Variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah perilaku deteksi dini kanker payudara dan konstruk 6 Health Belief Model/HBM (Kerentanan yang dirasakan, keparahan yang dirasakan, manfaat yang dirasakan, hambatan yang dirasakan, isyarat untuk bertindak, efikasi diri) sebagai variabel independen. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli-Agustus 2023, bertempat di UPTD. Balai Pelatihan Kesehatan Provinsi Lampung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 79,4% responden yang belum menjalani deteksi dini kanker payudara kanker payudara sesuai pedoman. Perilaku deteksi dini kanker payudara 7.09 kali lebih besar kemungkinannya dilakukan oleh responden dengan variabel isyarat untuk bertindak yang sangat tinggi (p-value 0.026 < 0.05) setelah dikontrol oleh variabel lain. Merancang capaian ranah proses pembelajaran terkait substansi deteksi dini kanker payudara dalam pelatihan kesehatan perlu dilakukan hingga sampai pada tahap peserta pelatihan mampu menerapkan dan mampu mengadopsi perilaku deteksi dini kanker payudara.
