Analisis distres psikologis mahasiswa keperawatan pada era pandemi Covid-19
Abstract
Purpose: To identify the relationships of sociodemographic factors, Covid-19 related data, and stress among professional nursing student during pandemic.
Method: The study used a descriptive correlation and cross-sectional design involving 105 samples selected using purposive sampling technique. The main instrument was the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale-42 (DASS-42), specifically for stress domain. Independent T-Test, One-Way ANOVA, and Pearson Correlation were utilized to test the relationship between study variables.
Results: The was a significant difference regarding stress score based on semester (t=1,02;p=0,02). Age was correlated significantly with stress score (r=-0,20; p=0,03).
Conclusion: Respondents with younger age and study in the second semestersuffered a more severe level of stress.

Pendahuluan: Masalah psikologis seperti stres sering ditemukan pada mahasiswa, terutama mahasiswa keperawatan yang memiliki intensitas kontak yang tinggi dengan pasien. Hal ini diperparah dengan keadaan pandemi Covid-19 yang menimbulkan ketakutan akan terinfeksi penyakit.
Tujuan: Untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara faktor sosiodemografi, data terkait Covid-19, dan stres pada mahasiswa profesi ners di masa pandemi.
Metode: Penelitian ini berdesain deskriptif korelasi dan cross-sectional yang melibatkan 105 sampel yang diseleksimenggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Kuesioner utama yang digunakan yaitu Depression Anxiety Stress Scale-42 (DASS-42), khususnyauntuk domain stres. Uji T tidak berpasangan, ANOVA satu arah, dan Korelasi Pearson digunakan dalam menguji hubungan antar variabel penelitian.
Hasil: Ada perbedaan skor stres yang signifikan berdasarkan semester (t=1,02;p=0,02). Umur berkorelasi negatif dan signifikan dengan skor stres (r=-0,20; p=0,03).
Simpulan: Responden yang berusia lebih muda dan berada di semester kedua menderita stres yang lebih parah.
