Implementasi Hukum Internasional Dalam Melindungi Hak Atas Pendidikan Bagi Anak Putus Sekolah Di Negara-Negara Asean

Abstract


Hak atas pendidikan adalah kekuatan penggerak untuk memberdayakan potensi manusia, baik di tingkat individu maupun kolektif. Penelitian ini dibuat untuk mengetahui implementasi hukum internasional dalam melindungi hak atas pendidikan bagi anak putus sekolah di negara-negara ASEAN. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa negara-negara ASEAN telah menjamin hak atas pendidikan dalam konstitusi atau undang-undang nasional mereka. Namun, aktualisasi dan pelaksanaan hak ini sangat dipengaruhi oleh sumber daya, kebijakan, dan dedikasi pemerintah masing-masing negara. Selain itu, realisasi hak-hak pendidikan bagi anak-anak putus sekolah terhambat oleh banyak faktor mulai dari keadaan politik, sosial hingga ekonomi dari negara-negara ASEAN tersebut.
