PENGARUH KREATIVITAS, INOVASI, DAN KOMPETENSI SDM TERHADAP KINERJA OPERASIONAL PELAKU USAHA TENANT DI KULINER LAMPUNG FESTIVAL BANDAR LAMPUNG

ABSTRAK

Riset ini menggunakan peubah pengaruh kreativitas, modernisasi dan kompetensi SDM terhadap performa fungsional pelaku usaha tenant di Kuliner Lampung Festival Bandar Lampung. Orientasi studi ini dimaksudkan untuk menganalisis efek kreativitas, modernisasi, dan kompetensi tenaga kerja terhadap performa fungsional pelaku usaha tenant di Kuliner Lampung Festival Bandar Lampung baik melalui analisis terpisah maupun terpadu. Teknik kajian yang dipergunakan ialah teknik kajian kuantitatif, memanfaatkan media pengumpulan data kuesioner atau lembar pertanyaan. Evaluasi riset ini mengoperasikan software IBM SPSS versi 25. Dengan volume populasi 100 pelaku usaha UMKM yang mengikuti Kuliner Lampung Festival Bandar Lampung. Pendekatan seleksi sampel riset ini memanfaatkan metode non probability sampling dengan sampel utuh. Capaian dari riset ini adalah Kreativitas berdampak secara konstruktif dan substansial terhadap Performa Fungsional pelaku usaha tenant di Kuliner Lampung Festival Bandar Lampung, Modernisasi menciptakan efek konstruktif dan penting pada Performa Fungsional pelaku usaha tenant di Kuliner Lampung Festival Bandar Lampung, Kompetensi SDM memiliki efek konstruktif dan nyata pada Performa Fungsional pelaku usaha tenant di Kuliner Lampung Festival Bandar Lampung, dan Kreativitas, Modernisasi, dan Kompetensi SDM erdampak secara individual atau secara sinkron terhadap Performa Fungsional pelaku usaha tenant di Kuliner Lampung Festival Bandar Lampung.

ABSTRACT

This study used the influence variables of creativity, innovation and employee skills concerning the operational productivity of tenant entrepreneurs in Lampung Culinary Festival Bandar Lampung. The aim of this investigation is to discover the effect of human resource creativity, innovation and competence on the operational performance of tenant business actors in Lampung Culinary Festival Bandar Lampung both partially and sinkroneously. The investigation technique utilized is a quantitative investigation technique, employing survey forms or survey forms as data acquisition tools. The analysis of this study used IBM SPSS application version 25. With a population of 100 SME entrepreneurs who attended the Lampung Culinary Lampung City Festival. The sample collection technique of this study used non probability sampling method with saturated sample. The results of this study are Creativity positively and significantly affects the Operational Performance of tenant business actors in Culinary Lampung Lampung City Festival, Innovation positively and significantly affects the Operational Performance of tenant business actors in Lampung Culinary Lampung City Festival, Human Resources Competence positively and significantly affects to the Operational Performance of the tenant business in Culinary Lampung Festival Bandar Lampung, and Human Resource Creativity, Innovation, and Competence partially or jointly affect the Operational Performance of tenant business actors in Culinary Lampung Festival Bandar Bandar Lampung.
