KADAR D-DIMER DAN DERAJAT CORONA VIRUS DISEASE-19 PADA PASIEN RAWAT INAP DI RUMAH SAKIT SYAFIRA PEKANBARU

Abstrak: Kadar D-Dimer Dan Derajat Corona virus Disease-19 Pada Pasien Rawat Inap Di Rumah Sakit Syafira Pekanbaru. Corona Virus Disease-19 (COVID-19) adalah penyakit yang disebabkan severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2). Gejala COVID-19 dapat bermanifestasi asimtomatik hingga berupa gejala berat infeksi saluran nafas. Proses koagulopati dikaitkan dengan beratnya gejala yang dialami pasien COVID-19. Salah satu cara untuk menilai terjadinya proses ini dengan melakukan pemeriksaan D-Dimer. Sebagian besar pasien COVID-19 mengalami peningkatan kadar D-Dimer 2- 3 kali dari nilai normal. Sebagai salah satu RS rujukan COVID-19 yang ada di Pekanbaru, RS Syafira juga melakukan pemeriksaan D-Dimer sebagai salah satu cara menentukan prognosis pada pasien COVID-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kadar D-Dimer berdasarkan derajat COVID-19 pada pasien rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Syafira Pekanbaru. Disain penelitian menggunakan rancangan disain cross sectional. Data diambil dari hasil pemeriksaaan D-Dimer dalam rekam medis pasien dengan COVID-19 gejala sedang dan gejala berat yang dirawat di RS selama Januari-Desember tahun 2021. Sampel berjumlah 200, diambil dengan metode total sampling. Data diuji dengan Independent T-Test. Hasilnya ditemukan perbedaan signifikan kadar D-Dimer pada pasien COVID-19 dengan gejala sedang dan gejala berat (p-value: 0,0488) dengan nilai Mean Differences yaitu 185,465. Dapat disimpulkan terdapat perbedaan signifikan kadar D-Dimer berdasarkan derajat COVID-19. Kadar D-Dimer pasien COVID-19 gejala berat lebih tinggi dibandingkan pada pasien gejala sedang.
