Background: Cervical cancer still becoming  the leading cause of mortality in women including Indonesia with the most common histological type is squamous cell carcinomas(SCC). The diagnosis will be influence survival rates. Diagnosis will be required to classified agresivity level, broad, and carsinoma diffusion on patient. Diagnosis based on differentiation degree determination will useful for tratment center, while diagnosis based on staging will influenced number of patient recovery.Objective : Toevaluate relation between clinical stage with differentiation grade of squamous cell carcinoma cervix in RSUD . AbdulMoeloekBandarLampung.Methods : This is a cross sectional analytical study. A total of 45 cases were include in this study. The relation between clinical stage with differentiation grade of squamous cell carcinoma cervix was analyzed statiscally with Sommers’d test.Results : There was a significant relationship between clinical stage with differentiation grade with a moderate correlation in patient with squamous cell carcinoma cervix (p= 0,000, r= 0,580).Conclusion : There was a relationship between clinical stage with differentiation grade patient with squamous cell carcinoma cervix in RSUD.
