Abstrak: Pengaruh Polimorfisme Gen Reseptor Vitamin D BsmI rs1544410 Pada Psoriasis. Psoriasis merupakan penyakit multifactorial baik ekstrinsik maupun intrinsic. Salah satu factor yang berperan penting adalah factor genetic. Dasar genetika molekuler psoriasis bersifat komplek terbukti dari banyak gen yang berperan. Salah satu gen yang berperan adalah gen dari vitamin D dikarenakan terjadinya perbedaan respon pasien terhadap terapi Vitamin D. Gen Reseptor Vitamin D BsmI merupakan salah satu gen yang berada di intron 8 dan belum banyak diteliti pada kelompok psoriasis di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh polimorfisme gen RVD BsmI pada pasien psoriasis. Metode penelitian ini adalah case control terhadap 44 subyek kelompok psoriasis dan 44 subyek kelompok tidak psoriasis dengan usia >18 tahun. Dilakukan PCR-RFLP terhadap hasil isolasi DNA pada kedua kelompok. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji Chi Square. Hasil analisis didapat Varian GG (bb) lebih banyak terdapat dikedua kelompok (kasus:77,3%;kontrol:81,8%) dibandingkan varian GA (Bb). Pada penelitian ini tidak terdapat varian AA (BB). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara varian GG (bb) dan GA (Bb) dengan kejadian psoriasis (p=0,792).
