Hubungan Status Tekanan Darah Dengan Ketahanan Pasien COVID-19 Tahun 2021 – 2022 Di RSUD. Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Bandar Lampung

Virus corona, yang menyebabkan sindrom pernapasan akut parah, adalah agen penyebab penyakit virus corona 2019 (COVID-19). Riwayat interaksi dekat dengan orang yang terinfeksi COVID-19 merupakan faktor risiko utama tertular virus. Pasien dengan kelainan bawaan, seperti tekanan darah tinggi, diabetes, atau penyakit jantung, akan sulit pulih. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan ketahanan pasien COVID-19 yang dirawat di RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Bandar Lampung tahun 2021 dan 2022 dengan keadaan tekanan darahnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi cross-sectional berdasarkan metodologi sampel lengkap untuk melakukan penelitian observasional analitis. Kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi terpenuhi berdasarkan sampel yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data tahun 2021 dan 2022. Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek dari RSUD mengawasi penelitian ini. Data statistik dianalisis menggunakan uji chi-square SPSS 26. Temuan penelitian: Mayoritas pasien COVID-19 di RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Bandar Lampung menderita hipertensi derajat 1 (32 dari 58,1%), dengan hipertensi derajat 2 menjadi urutan kedua terbanyak (14 dari 24,6%). Berikutnya, empat pasien (atau 7% dari total) menderita hipertensi derajat 3, dan tujuh pasien (12,3% dari total) menderita hipertensi pada kadar normal tinggi. Dari seluruh rumah sakit COVID-19 di Lampung, rumah sakit Dr. H. Abdul Moeleok memiliki persentase penyintas terbanyak, yaitu 82,5%, dengan 10 pasien (17,2%) masih hidup. Nilai p-value sebesar 0,000 (<0,05) diperoleh dari temuan analisis chi-square menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara tekanan darah dan tingkat kelangsungan hidup pasien COVID-19.”
