STUDI LITERATUR: FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KUALITAS HIDUP PASIEN PENDERITA GAGAL JANTUNG DI INDONESIA

Penilaian kualitas hidup pada pasien gagal jantung merupakan salah satu tolak ukur keberhasilan terapi. Studi literatur ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas hidup pada pasien gagal jantung di Indonesia. Metode studi literatur dilakukan melalui penelusuran artikel publikasi pada MEDLINE, Google scholar, PubMed serta Proquest dengan kata kunci gagal jantung, kualitas hidup, heart failure, quality of life, dan HRQoL. Penelusuran literatur dari terbitan tahun 2015-2019 dengan desain penelitian cros sectional, before and after study dan observational study. Hasil penelusuran didapatkan 17 penelitian yang memenuhi kriteria untuk kemudian dilakukan review. Dalam studi literatur ini, ditemukan bahwa penelitian yang telah diterbitkan selama 5 tahun terakhir di Indonesia menunjukkan bahwa kualitas hidup pada pasien gagal jantung dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, antara lain karakteristik sosiodemografi (usia, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, pekerjaan), tingkat kepatuhan, klasifikasi derajat NYHA, tingkat depresi, kecerdasan emosional, dukungan keluarga, supportive-educative system, self-management, komorbiditas diabetes melitus, dan suplementasi koenzim Q10.
