Hubungan Antara Resiliensi Akademik Dan Persepsi Lingkungan Belajar Pada Mahasiswa Kedokteran

Mahasiswa kedokteran menghadapi tekanan akademik yang tinggi sehingga rentan mengalami stres dan kelelahan. Resiliensi akademik kemampuan beradaptasi secara positif ketika menghadapi kesulitan dapat berperan sebagai faktor protektif, sementara lingkungan pendidikan yang kondusif turut membentuk pengalaman akademik dan emosional mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai korelasi antara resiliensi akademik dan persepsi lingkungan belajar pada mahasiswa tahap akademik. Penelitian potong lintang analitik dilakukan terhadap seluruh 677 mahasiswa tahap akademik Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Kristen Maranatha. Resiliensi akademik diukur dengan ARS-Indonesia dan persepsi lingkungan belajar dengan DREEM-SF versi Indonesia. Korelasi Spearman digunakan karena data tidak terdistribusi normal. Rerata skor DREEM-SF 38,04 ± 4,58 dan skor ARS-Indonesia 70,05 ± 9,86. Terdapat korelasi positif sedang antara total skor DREEM-SF dan ARS-Indonesia (rs = 0,574; 95% CI [0,521; 0,622]; p < 0,001). Persepsi lingkungan belajar yang lebih positif berkorelasi secara bermakna dengan tingkat resiliensi akademik yang lebih tinggi. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengembangan iklim pendidikan yang suportif dan integrasi program penguatan resiliensi ke dalam kurikulum kedokteran.
