Gambaran Systemic Immune-Inflammation Index (SII) Pada Pasien Sari Yang Terinfeksi Bakteri Gram Negatif Dan Gram Positif Di Klinik Utama Mitra Medika Tambakan

SARI (severe acute respiratory infection) adalah infeksi saluran pernapasan akut, dengan riwayat demam suhu ≥ 38°C, batuk, berlangsung dalam 10 hari terakhir, dan membutuhkan rawat inap. SARI merupakan tantangan kesehatan global yang serius. SII berperan sebagai penanda biologis inflamasi yang dapat mencerminkan status imun dan dan inflamasi sistemik dalam tubuh. ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi gambaran SII pada pasien SARI yang terinfeksi bakteri gram positif dan gram negative di Klinik Utama Mitra Medika Tambakan. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian observasional deskriptif dengan data sekunder yang diambil secara cross sectional retrospektif melalui rekam medis pasien berjumlah 58 data. Data dianalisis dengan uji deskriptif numerik Kolmogorov-Smirnov dan dilakukan analisis tambahan menggunakan uji beda rerata. Terdapat gambaran kelompok usia terbanyak adalah usia <18 tahun dengan kelompok jenis kelamin terbanyak adalah perempuan yang berjumlah 30 pasien. Uji normalitas menunjukkan nilai SII terdistribusi normal, sehingga pada analisis tambahan didapatkan adanya perbedaan rerata pada nilai SII terhadap bakteri gram positif (628,88) dan gram negatif (949,13), namun perbedaan tersebut tidak bermakna secara statistik (P=0,07). Subjek penelitian didominasi oleh usia <18 tahun dan perempuan, dan terdapat adanya perbedaan rerata yang tidak bermakna secara statistik antara gram negatif dan gram positif.
