Hubungan Antara Jumlah Absolut Eosinofil Dan Rasio Neutrofil-Limfosit (NLR) Dengan Gejala Pada Pasien Rinitis Alergi Di Rumah Sakit Aura Syifa Kediri

Rhinitis adalah penyakit inflamasi atau peradangan kronis pada mukosa hidung yang dipicu oleh alergen tertentu. Rhinitis alergi merupakan salah satu kondisi kronis yang banyak dijumpai di dunia dengan prevalensi 10% – 40%. Di Indonesia, prevalensi rhinitis mencapai 12.4%, dimana 24.3% diantaranya merupakan prevalensi rhinitis alergi. Prevalensi rhinitis alergi di Kota Kediri mencapai 18%. Rhinitis muncul bersamaan dengan penyakit lain atau multimorbiditas seperti rinosinusitis, otitis media, hipertrofi adenoid, serta asma. Menganalisis hubungan antara jumlah eosiofil absolut dan Neutrophil-Lymphocyte Ratio (NLR) dengan keluhan pasien rhinitis alergi di Rumah Sakit Aura Syifa Kediri. Penelitian bersifat analitik-observasional menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional melalui pengamatan. Populasi penelitian yaitu pasien yang datang berobat ke poli THT Rumah Sakit Aura Syifa Kediri. Sampel sejumlah 35 pasien yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Terdapat hubungan antara kadar eosinofil dan NLR dengan keluhan pasien rhinitis alergi di Rumah Sakit Aura Syifa Kediri. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan uji Fisher’s-Freeman-Halton Exact yang menunjukkan nilai signifikansi (ρ<0,001). Nilai tersebut kurang dari 0,05, artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel-variabel yang diteliti. Terdapat hubungan antara kadar eosinofil dan NLR dengan keluhan pasien rhinitis alergi di Rumah Sakit Aura Syifa Kediri.
