Hubungan Dosis Kumulatif Dan Frekuensi Pemberian Kemoterapi Dengan Kejadian Chemotherapy Induced Peripheral Neuropathy (CIPN) Studi: Cross-Sectional Pada Pasien Kanker Di Rsud Abdul Moeloek Bandar Lampung

Chemotherapy-Induced Peripheral Neuropathy (CIPN) merupakan salah satu efek samping neurotoksik yang sering terjadi pada pasien kanker yang menjalani kemoterapi, terutama pada penggunaan agen platinum, taxane, dan vinca alkaloid, serta bersifat kumulatif dan diduga berkaitan dengan dosis kumulatif serta frekuensi pemberian kemoterapi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dosis kumulatif dan frekuensi pemberian kemoterapi dengan kejadian CIPN pada pasien kanker di RSUD Abdul Moeloek Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini merupakan studi analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional yang melibatkan 50 pasien kanker yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Data dosis kumulatif dan frekuensi kemoterapi diperoleh dari rekam medis, sedangkan kejadian CIPN dinilai menggunakan kuesioner EORTC QLQ-CIPN20. Sebagian besar responden adalah perempuan (74%) dengan diagnosis kanker payudara (48%). Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Namun, karena asumsi uji Chi-Square tidak terpenuhi, analisis bivariat menggunakan Fisher's Exact Test dengan tingkat signifikansi p<0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara dosis kumulatif kemoterapi dengan kejadian CIPN (p=0,045) serta antara frekuensi pemberian kemoterapi dengan kejadian CIPN (p=0,036), di mana pasien dengan dosis kumulatif berisiko dan jumlah siklus lebih dari enam cenderung mengalami neuropati dengan derajat yang lebih berat. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara dosis kumulatif dan frekuensi pemberian kemoterapi dengan kejadian Chemotherapy-Induced Peripheral Neuropathy (CIPN) pada pasien kanker di RSUD Abdul Moeloek Bandar Lampung.
