Gambaran Skoring Puma Dan Skoring Mmrc Pada Pasien Penyakit Paru Obstruktif Kronik (PPOK) Di Pringsewu

Penyakit Paru Obstruktif Kronik (PPOK) merupakan penyakit paru kronik progresif yang ditandai dengan keterbatasan aliran udara persisten dan menjadi salah satu penyebab utama morbiditas serta mortalitas di dunia. Deteksi dini dan penilaian gejala penting dilakukan dalam penatalaksanaan PPOK. Kuesioner Proyecto Latinoamericano de Investigación en Obstrucción Pulmonar (PUMA) digunakan sebagai alat skrining risiko PPOK, sedangkan modified Medical Research Council (mMRC) digunakan untuk menilai derajat sesak napas pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran skoring PUMA dan skoring mMRC pada pasien PPOK di Pringsewu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif observasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Penelitian dilakukan di Klinik Harum Melati Pringsewu menggunakan data rekam medis pasien PPOK periode 1 Januari 2024 hingga 28 Februari 2026. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 170 pasien. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan disajikan dalam bentuk distribusi frekuensi serta persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa distribusi skoring PUMA terbanyak terdapat pada skoring 6 sebanyak 66 pasien (38,8%), diikuti skoring 7 sebanyak 42 pasien (24,7%) dan skoring 5 sebanyak 40 pasien (23,5%). Berdasarkan skoring mMRC, mayoritas pasien berada pada skoring 3 sebanyak 72 pasien (42,4%), diikuti skoring 4 sebanyak 50 pasien (29,4%), skoring 2 sebanyak 42 pasien (24,7%), dan skoring 1 sebanyak 6 pasien (3,5%). Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar pasien PPOK di Pringsewu memiliki skoring PUMA yang menunjukkan risiko PPOK tinggi serta derajat sesak napas mMRC kategori sedang hingga berat. Penerapan skrining PUMA dan mMRC secara rutin di layanan primer dapat membantu mengidentifikasi risiko PPOK dan derajat sesak napas secara lebih dini.
