Pasien pasca stroke juga mengalami gangguan psikologis, hal ini terjadi karena ketidakmampuan melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari seperti biasa sehingga emosi pada pasien tidak stabil dan kemudian berdampak pada kualitas hidup pasien pasca stroke. Adanya depresi diduga memperparah kondisi fungsional, fisik, psikologis dan sosial pasien stroke yang sejak awal sudah terganggu serta tingkat kematian yang tinggi dari pada pasien pasca stroke tanpa depresi. Penelitian ini diketahui Hubungan Tingkat Depresi Dengan Kualitas Hidup Pada Pasien Pasca Stroke Haemorragic Di RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Tahun 2022. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian adalah semua Pasien Pasca Stroke Haemorragic Di RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Tahun 2022 sejumlah 30 orang, Sampel pada penelitian ini sejumlah 30 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis hubungan menggunakan uji chi square. Responden dengan depresi sedang yaitu berjumlah 12 orang (40.0%), Responden paling banyak dengan kualitas hidup kurang baik yaitu berjumlah 20 orang (66,7%). Ada hubungan antara tingkat depresi dengan kualitas hidup pada pasien pasca stroke hemoragik di RSUD dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Provinsi Lampung. Ada hubungan antara tingkat depresi dengan kualitas hidup pada pasien pasca stroke hemoragik.
