SINDROM OBSTRUKSI PASCA TUBERKULOSIS DENGAN LULUH LOBUS: LAPORAN KASUS

Abstrak: Sindrom Obstruksi Pasca Tuberkulosis dengan Luluh Lobus. Beberapa bukti menunjukkan bahwa pasien tuberkulosis yang telah menyelesaikan pengobatan mengalami gangguan kesehatan yang menetap setelah pengobatan berupa kelainan pada parenkim paru, saluran pernapasan, pleura/dinding dada, vaskular, dan mediastinum. Telah dilaporkan satu kasus di RSUD dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Lampung dengan keluhan sesak napas pada seorang laki-laki berusia 35 tahun yang ditegakkan diagnosisnya berdasarkan anamnesis, pemeriksaan fisik, dan pemeriksaan penunjang. Diberikan penanganan dengan nebulasi bronkodilator dan kortikosteroid.
