Hubungan Perilaku Caring Perawat dalam Konteks Islam dengan Kepuasan Pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum (RSU) Yarsi Pontianak

ABSTRACT
Patient satisfaction is one indicator of the success of hospital services. Patient satisfaction, especially those who are Muslim is influenced by several factors including Islamic caring behavior shown by nurses. This study aims to determine the relationship between caring behavior of nurses in the islami context and patient satisfaction. The research method used a cross-sectional study. The research was conducted at YARSI General Hospital (RSU) with a total of 88 patients as respondens. Data collection used research instruments consisting of an Islamic behavior questionnaire to measure caring behavior in an Islamic context, and a RATER questionnaire (Reliability, Assurance, Tangible, Empathy, Responsiveness) to measure patient satisfaction. The result of statistical test with Spearman-rank correlation showed that there was a positive relationship between nurse caring behavior in the Islamic context and patient satisfaction with a significance value of 0.0005 (p value < 0.05). The better the nurse’s caring behavior in the Islamic context, the patient’s satisfaction will increase

ABSTRAK
Kepuasan pasien merupakan salah satu indikator keberhasilan pelayanan di rumah sakit. Kepuasan pasien terutama yang beragama islam dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya perilaku caring yang ditunjukkan oleh perawat dengan memperhatikan nilai-nilai islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara perilaku caring perawat dalam konteks islam dengan kepuasan pasien. Desain penelitian menggunakan studi cross-sectional. Penelitian dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Umum (RSU) YARSI Pontianak dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 88 pasien. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen penelitian yang terdiri dari kuesioner perilaku islami untuk mengukur perilaku caring dalam konteks islam, dan kuesioner RATER (Reliability, Assurance, Tangible, Emphaty, Responsiveness) untuk mengukur kepuasan pasien. Hasil uji statistik dengan korelasi Spearman Rank menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif antara perilaku caring perawat dalam konteks islam dengan kepuasan pasien dengan nilai signifikansi 0,005 (p < 0,05).Semakin baik perilaku caring perawat dalam konteks islam maka kepuasan pasien akan semakin meningkat.
