Terapi Non-Farmakologis untuk Mengurangi Kecemasan pada Kehamilan: Literatur Review

ABSTRACT

 

Anxiety is the most common mental illness in the world. Anxiety is still considered a natural experience for all humans and has been considered a part of everyday life. However, if anxiety is prolonged and poorly managed, it can cause emotional turmoil and adverse effects on the body, which can turn into a chronic illness. Non-pharmacological therapies are conducted to prevent and reduce the incidence of mental health disorders in pregnant women. To identify non-pharmacologic therapies to reduce anxiety in pregnancy. The method used in this literature review is to search for publications between 2019-2024 through PubMed, Google Scholar, and Science Direct. The search results obtained using the Boolean method in the form of full text and pdf, then reviewed using CASP (Critical Appraisal Skill Program), extracted, then discussed and concluded. From five articles that meet the criteria, it shows that mandala coloring, aromatherapy and music therapy, cognitive therapy, prenatal massage, and prenatal yoga have a positive impact on reducing anxiety in pregnant women. Non-pharmacological therapy to reduce anxiety in pregnant women can be done with mandala coloring, aromatherapy and music therapy, cognitive therapy, prenatal massage, and prenatal yoga.

ABSTRAK

 

Kecemasan adalah penyakit mental yang paling umum terjadi di dunia. Kecemasan masih dianggap sebagai pengalaman yang wajar bagi semua manusia dan telah dianggap sebagai bagian dari kehidupan sehari-hari. Namun, jika kecemasan berkepanjangan dan tidak dikelola dengan baik, hal ini dapat menyebabkan guncangan emosional dan efek buruk pada tubuh, yang dapat berubah menjadi penyakit kronis. Terapi non farmakologi dilakukan untuk mencegah dan menurunkan angka kejadian gangguan kesehatan mental pada ibu hamil. Mengetahui terapi non farmakologi untuk mengurangi kecemasan pada kehamilan. Metode yang digunakan dalam literature review ini adalah mencari hasil publikasi antara tahun 2019-2024 melalui penelusuran PubMed, Google Scholar, dan Science Direct. Hasil pencarian yang didapatkan menggunakan metode Boolean berupa full text dan pdf, kemudian direview dengan menggunakan CASP (Critical Appraisal Skill Program), diekstraksi kemudian dibahas dan disimpulkan. Dari lima artikel yang memenuhi kriteria menunjukkan bahwa pewarnaan mandala, aromaterapi dan terapi musik, terapi kognitif, pijat prenatal, dan yoga prenatal memiliki dampak positif untuk mengurangi kecemasan pada ibu hamil. Terapi non farmakologi untuk mengurangi kecemasan pada ibu hamil dapat dilakukan dengan pewarnaan mandala, aromaterapi dan terapi musik, terapi kognitif, pijat prenatal, dan yoga prenatal.
