Video Edukasi dengan Mnemonic: Super Merupakan Metode untuk Meningkatkan Pengetahuan dan Optimalisasi Pengobatan Penderita Penyakit Ginjal Kronis

ABSTRACT
The high incidence of chronic kidney failure and the magnitude of the impacts that can be caused, ranging from decreased quality of life to the threat of death if it has reached the final stage. The journey to reach the final stage is also influenced by the knowledge and enthusiasm of sufferers in utilizing all forms of support after being diagnosed with chronic kidney failure. The support as referred to in general includes several components that can support health levels such as biological, psychological, social, and spiritual support. This study aims to analyze health education videos using the SUPER Mnemonic on knowledge and optimization of treatment for chronic kidney disease sufferers. Quasy Experiment Pretest-Posttest research design without control group design. A total of 30 respondents involved were hypertensive patients who underwent hemodialysis therapy for less than one year and were able to participate in activities for 10-15 minutes. Data collection used two research questionnaires, namely a knowledge questionnaire and a questionnaire for optimizing treatment for chronic kidney disease. The collected data were analyzed using Mc Nemar. The results of the study showed that Health Education using educational videos with Mnemonic SUPER showed an effect on knowledge with a p value of 0.001 and treatment optimization with a p value of 0.001. Educational videos with mnemonic SUPER can improve knowledge and optimize treatment for chronic kidney disease patients.

ABSTRAK
Tingginya angka kejadian gagal ginjal kronis serta besarnya dampak yang dapat ditimbulkan mulai dari penurunan kualitas hidup sampai dengan ancaman kematian apabila telah sampai pada stadium akhir. Perjalanan untuk sampai pada stadium akhir turut dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan dan semangat penderita dalam memanfaatkan segala bentuk dukungan setelah divonis menderita gagal ginjal kronis. Dukungan sebagaimana dimaksud secara umum mencakup beberapa komponen yang dapat menunjang derajat kesehatan seperti dukungan biologis, psikologis, sosial, dan spiritual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis video pendidikan kesehatan menggunakan Mnemonic SUPER terhadap pengetahuan dan optimalisasi pengobatan pendertia penyakit ginjal kronis. Desain penelitian Quasy Experiment Pretest-Posttest without control group design. Sebanyak 30 responden yang terlibat adalah penderita hipertensi yang menjalani terapi hemodialisis kurang dari satu tahun dan dapat mengikuti kegiatan 10-15 menit. Pengumpulan data menggunakan dua kuesioner penelitian yaitu kuesioner pengetahuan dan kusioner optimalisasi pengobatan penyakit ginjal kronis. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan mc nemar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pendidikan Kesehatan menggunakan video edukasi dengan Mnemonic SUPER menunjukkan ada pengaruh terhadap pengetahuan dengan nilai p yaitu 0,001 dan optimalisasi pengobatan dengan nilai p yaitu 0,001. Video edukasi dengan mnemonic SUPER dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan optimalisasi pengobatan penderita penyakit ginjal kronis.
