Pengaruh Mobilisasi Dini dan Perawatan Luka Terhadap Penurunan Intensitas Nyeri dan Penyembuhan Luka Pasca Operasi Sectio Caesarea di RSU Setio Husodo

ABSTRACT

 

Cesarean section is a surgical procedure that often causes postoperative problems such as pain and impaired wound healing. Poorly managed pain can hinder early mobilization, daily activities, and delay the recovery process, while suboptimal wound healing may increase the risk of infection. Therefore, non-pharmacological interventions such as early mobilization and structured wound care are needed. This study aimed to analyze the effect of early mobilization and wound care on reducing pain intensity and accelerating wound healing in post-cesarean section patients at Setio Husodo General Hospital, Kisaran. This study used a pre-experimental design with a quasi-group pretest-posttest approach involving control and intervention groups. The population consisted of all post-cesarean section mothers totaling 137 individuals, with a sample of 102 respondents selected using purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using Paired Sample t-test and Independent Sample t-test. The results showed that early mobilization and wound care had a significant effect on reducing pain intensity and accelerating wound healing with a p-value < 0.05. The intervention group showed faster pain reduction and better wound healing compared to the control group. Conclusion early mobilization and structured wound care are proven to be effective in reducing pain intensity and accelerating wound healing in post-cesarean section patients, and therefore should be optimally implemented in healthcare practice.

ABSTRAK

 

Operasi sectio caesarea merupakan tindakan pembedahan yang sering menimbulkan masalah pasca operasi berupa nyeri dan gangguan penyembuhan luka. Nyeri yang tidak tertangani dengan baik dapat menghambat mobilisasi, aktivitas sehari-hari, serta memperlambat proses pemulihan, sedangkan penyembuhan luka yang tidak optimal dapat meningkatkan risiko infeksi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan intervensi non-farmakologis seperti mobilisasi dini dan perawatan luka yang terstruktur. Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh mobilisasi dini dan perawatan luka terhadap penurunan intensitas nyeri dan percepatan penyembuhan luka pasca operasi sectio caesarea di RSU Setio Husodo Kisaran. Desain Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain pra-eksperimental dengan rancangan quasi group pretest-posttest dengan kelompok kontrol dan intervensi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu post operasi sectio caesarea sebanyak 137 orang, dengan sampel sebanyak 102 responden yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji Paired Sample t-test dan Independent Sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan mobilisasi dini dan perawatan luka terhadap penurunan intensitas nyeri dan percepatan penyembuhan luka dengan nilai p-value < 0,05. Kelompok intervensi menunjukkan penurunan nyeri yang lebih cepat dan penyembuhan luka yang lebih baik dibandingkan kelompok kontrol.  Kesimpulan: Mobilisasi dini dan perawatan luka yang dilakukan secara terstruktur dan sesuai standar terbukti efektif dalam menurunkan intensitas nyeri dan mempercepat penyembuhan luka pada pasien post operasi sectio caesarea, sehingga perlu diterapkan secara optimal dalam praktik pelayanan kesehatan.
