ABSTRACT The development of digital technology in the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0 has had a major impact on various sectors, including the health sector. This study was conducted with the purposes to analyze the influence of digital leadership competencies on burnout and work-life balance in millennial generation nurses in the Maternal Ward of Hermina Jatinegara Hospital. The study design used in this study was a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. The sampling technique used was total sampling. Therefore, the number of respondents in this study was 70. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analyses. The results showed that there was a significant influence between digital leadership competency and the level of burnout in millennial generation nurses in the Maternal Ward of Hermina Jatinegara Hospital. The second result of this study is that there is a significant influence of digital leadership competency and work-life balance in millennial generation nurses in the Maternal Ward of Hermina Jatinegara Hospital. The findings highlight that good digital competence by nurses can make them more adaptive to developments in the healthcare system, thereby reducing the risk of burnout and maintaining a better work-life balance. ABSTRAK Perkembangan teknologi digital di era Revolusi Industri 4.0 telah memberikan dampak besar pada berbagai sektor, termasuk sektor kesehatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi kepemimpinan digital terhadap burnout dan keseimbangan kerja-hidup pada perawat generasi milenial di Ruang Maternal Rumah Sakit Hermina Jatinegara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling. Sehingga, jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 70 orang. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan antara kompetensi kepemimpinan digital dan tingkat burnout pada perawat generasi milenial di Ruang Maternal Rumah Sakit Hermina Jatinegara. Hasil lainnya dari penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh signifikan antara kompetensi kepemimpinan digital dan work-life balance pada perawat generasi milenial di Ruang Bersalin Rumah Sakit Hermina Jatinegara. Kompetensi digital yang baik membuat perawat dapat lebih adaptif terhadap perkembangan sistem pelayanan kesehatan, sehingga risiko burnout dapat ditekan dan work-life balance dapat lebih terjaga.
