ABSTRACT

Patients who are confirmed positive for Covid 19, 75% will feel anxious or afraid to undergo treatment because they have to be separated from family members. This research is for family support has a very important role in reducing the anxiety of C0VID-19 patients who are undergoing treatment. This thesis discusses the relationship between family support and anxiety levels in patients with confirmed COVID-19 in the Teluk Pucung Health Center, North Bekasi. This research is quantitative research with cross sectional design . The study found a relationship between family support and anxiety levels in patients with confirmed COVID-19 in the Teluk Pucung Health Center, North Bekasi, with a p value of 0.019 <0.05. This study suggests that nurses who serve in the Teluk Pucung Health Center Work Area can provide motivation and support to patients by asking the patient's family to call and continue to monitor the patient's development status while undergoing treatment for COVID-19 patients so that patients can help reduce patient anxiety and improve the patient's immune system.

ABSTRAK

Pasien yang terkonfirmasi positif Covid 19, 75% akan merasakan cemas atau takut untuk menjalai pengobatan karena harus berpisah dengan anggota keluarga. Penelitian ini untuk  Dukungan keluarga mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting dalam mengurangi kecemasan pasien C0VID-19 yang sedang menjalani perawatan. Skripsi ini membahas tentang hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan tingkat kecemasan pada pasien yang terkonfirmasi COVID-19 di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Teluk Pucung Bekasi Utara. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Penelitian didapatkan hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan tingkat kecemasan pada pasien yang terkonfirmasi COVID-19 di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Teluk Pucung Bekasi Utara dengan nilai p value 0,019 < 0,05. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar perawat yang berdinas di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Teluk Pucung dapat memberikan motivasi dan support terhadap pasien dengan cara meminta keluarga pasien untuk menelphone dan memantau terus status perkembangan pasien selama menjalani perawatan pasien COVID-19 sehingga pasien dapat membantu mengurangi kecemasan pasien dan meningkatkan sistem imun pasien.
