Productivity is the relationship between organizational output or results with the required input. Service productivity and performance are influenced by employee motivation in providing. One of the factors that influence work productivity is motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between work motivation and work productivity of health workers at Ppuskesmas Sukarame Bandar Lampung. The type of research used in this study is quantitative and the design used in this study is descriptive analytic with a cross sectional approach, namely the researcher visits the respondent directly to collect data at that time. The population in this study were all health workers at the Sukarame Public Health Center, Bandar Lampung, totaling 39 respondents and 32 samples were retrieved. The sampling technique used in this study is the total population. Based on the results of statistical tests, it was found that there was a relationship between work motivation and productivity of health workers at Sukarame Public Health Center Bandar Lampung with p-value 0.021 or p-value <0.05. The results of this study are input so that the Sukarame Bandar Lampung Health Center can provide training programs for employees on performance with good motivation, so it is hoped that the character of health workers will be good and a high sense of motivation will arise.

ABSTRAK

Produktivitas  adalah hubungan  antara keluaran  atau hasil  organisasi  dengan  masukan  yang  diperlukan Produktifitas pelayanan dan kinerja dipengaruhi oleh motivasi kerja pegawai dalam memberikan pelayanan. Faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja salah satunya adalah Motivasi. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk megetahui apakah ada Hubungan Motivasi Kerja Dengan Produktivitas Krja Tenaga Kesehatan di Ppuskesmas Sukarame  Bandar Lampung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Diskriptif analitik dengan metode pendekatan cross sectional yaitu peneliti mendatangi responden secara langsung untuk pengambilan data pada saat itu juga. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh tenaga kesehatan Di Puskesmas Sukarame Bandar Lampung yang berjumlah 39 Responden dan Sempel  yang diidapatkan berjumlah 32 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah total populasi. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik, didapatkan Ada hubungan motivasi kerja dengan produktivitas kerja tenaga kesehatan Di Puskesmas Sukarame Bandar Lampung dengan p-value 0,021 atau p-value < 0,05. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini menjadi masukan agar Puskesmas Sukarame Bandar  Lampung dapat memberikan program pelatihan untuk karyawan tentang kinerja dengan motivasi yang baik, sehingga diharapkan karakter seorang petugas kesehatan akan menjadi baik dan timbul rasa motivasi yang tinggi.
