ABSTRACT

Dating behavior in adolescents is currently very worrying because it has led to sexual behavior outside of marriage, as it is known that all countries in Asia experience problems regarding premarital sexual behavior. This study aims to determine the relationship between adolescent knowledge about reproductive health with adolescent attitudes towards healthy behavior in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Semarang City. The method used in this research is the Cross Sectional approach. The data taken is primary data using a questionnaire to 307 students with a sampling technique using random sampling. The statistical test used was chi-square with = 0.05. The results of this study are adolescent knowledge about reproductive health in the good category as much as 57.3%, in the sufficient category as much as 30.3%, and in the bad category as much as 12.4%. Adolescents who have a supportive attitude about healthy dating are 53.7%, while those who do not support are 46.3%. There is a significant relationship (P value <0.05) between knowledge about reproductive health and adolescent attitudes towards healthy dating. The conclusion of this study is that adolescents who have good knowledge about reproductive health tend to have a supportive attitude towards healthy dating.

ABSTRAK

Perilaku berpacaran pada remaja saat ini sungguh sangat mengkhawatirkan, karena sudah menjurus pada perilaku seksual di luar nikah, hal ini sebagaimana diketahui bahwa semua negara di Asia mengalami permasalahan tentang perilaku seksual pranikah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan remaja tentang kesehatan reproduksi dengan sikap remaja dalam pacaran sehat di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Kota Semarang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Data yang diambil merupakan data primer dengan menggunakan kuisioner kepada 307 siswa dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah chi-square  dengan a = 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pengetahuan remaja tentang kesehatan reproduksi dalam kategori baik sebanyak 57.3 %, dalam kategori cukup sebanyak 30.3 % dan dalam kategori buruk sebanyak 12.4 %. Remaja yang mempunyai sikap yang mendukung mengenai pacaran sehat  sebanyak 53.7 %, sedangkan yang tidak mendukung sebanyak 46.3 %. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan (P value < 0.05)) antara pengetahuan tentang kesehatan reproduksi dengan sikap remaja mengenai pacaran sehat. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini remaja yang mempunyai pengetahuan baik tentang kesehatan reproduksi cenderung memiliki sikap yang mendukung terhadap pacaran sehat.
