Pencegahan Stunting melalui Aplikasi Niat (Nikah Sehat) sebagai Decision Support System Rekomendasi Pemeriksaan Pranikah Mandiri pada Calon Pengantin di Kota Yogyakarta

ABSTRACT
Stunting is a health problem in Indonesia. Currently, Indonesia is ranked fifth in the world for stunting among toddlers. Preconception premarital health care refers to biomedical, behavioral, and social preventive interventions that can increase the chances of having a healthy baby. Premarital examination is an important thing to do before getting pregnant. However, financing for premarital examinations is not covered by health insurance. Utilization of technological developments is very possible to be developed in the world of health. This system can be a decision-making tool for health workers to recommend the types of examinations that must be accessed by health workers. The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of the Healthy Marriage application as a Decision Support System Recommendation for independent pre-marital examinations for prospective brides. This research method uses the Research and Development (R&D) research model using the ADDIE model. The results of the assessment of material experts get an average score of 81.66 (very feasible), the results of the assessment of media experts get an average score of 88.33 (decent), the average score for small group trials is 91.8 (decent), the mean score for the implementation group was 85.04 (decent). This application is considered suitable for use because this application is informative, uses language that is easy for users to understand and easy to use.

ABSTRAK
Stunting menjadi salah satu masalah kesehatan di Indonesia. Saat ini, Indonesia merupakan peringkat ke lima kejadian stunting pada balita di dunia. Perawatan kesehatan pranikah prakonsepsi mengacu pada intervensi biomedis, perilaku, dan preventif sosial yang dapat meningkatkan kemungkinan memiliki bayi yang sehat. Pemeriksaan pranikah merupakan hal yang penting untuk dilakukan sebelum hamil. Tetapi pembiayaan untuk pemeriksaan pranikah belum menjadi pembiayaan yang ditanggung oleh asuransi kesehatan. Pemanfaatan perkembangan tekhnologi sangat memungkinkan untuk dikembangkan didunia kesehatan. Sistem ini dapat menjadi alat bantu pengambil keputusan bagi tenaga kesehatan untuk merekomendasikan jenis pemeriksaan yang harus di akses oleh tenaga kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kelayakan aplikasi Nikah Sehat sebagai Decision Support System Rekomendasi pemeriksaan pranikah mandiri pada calon pengantin. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan metode ADDIE model. Hasil penilaian ahli materi mendapatkan rata-rata skor 81,66 (sangat layak), hasil penilaian ahli media mendapatkan rata-rata skor 88,33 (layak), rata-rata skor untuk uji coba kelompok kecil adalah 91,8 (layak), rata-rata skor untuk kelompok implementasi adalah 85,04 (layak). Aplikasi ini dinilai layak digunakan karena aplikasi ini bersifat informatif, menggunakan Bahasa yang mudah dimengerti dan mudah digunakan oleh pengguna.
