GAYA HIDUP SEHAT DAN SUBJECTIVE WELL BEING PADA MAHASISWA KEDOKTERAN

Abstract


Abstrak: Gaya Hidup Sehat dan Subjective well being pada Mahasiswa Kedokteran. Penelitian bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh gaya hidup sehat, yaitu aktivitas fisik, kebiasaan makan, dan kualitas tidur terhadap subjective well being mahasiswa kedokteran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 150 mahasiswa kedokteran di Bandar Lampung. Data dalam penelitian diperoleh melalui 4 alat ukur yaitu College Student Subjective well being Questionnaire, Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile, Eating Habit Questionnaire, dan Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index. Data dianalisis menggunakan Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari ketiga variabel secara simultan terhadap subjective well being mahasiswa, namun secara parsial, hanya variabel aktivitas fisik dan kebiasaan makan yang menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan, sedangkan variabel kualitas tidur tidak. Hasil analisis juga menunjukkan kebiasaan makan merupakan prediktor terkuat terhadap subjective well being mahasiswa kedokteran. Perguruan tinggi diharapkan dapat melakukan promosi untuk membentuk kebiasaan makan sehat dan meningkatkan keterlibatan mahasiswa terhadap aktivitas fisik dalam rangka mencapai subjective well being yang lebih baik.
