Literature Review : Polimorfisme Genetik Sebagai Prediktor Kejadian Spinal Tuberkulosis

Abstract


Spinal tuberkulosis merupakan penyakit menular yang diakibatkan oleh infeksi virus Mycobacterium tuberculosis yang terjadi pada ekstra paru. Penyakit ini tidak hanya terjadi di Indonesia, bahkan di seluruh dunia karena mudahnya rantai penularan penyakit ini yang dapat meningkatkan kasus per tahunnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui polimorfisme gen yang menjadi prediktor kejadian spinal tuberkulosis dengan metode literature review. Data yang didapatkan berasal dari database elektronik, yaitu Pubmed antara tahun 2019-2024. Terdapat empat artikel yang berkaitan, dan empat artikel yang dipilih untuk ditelaah. Tiga dari empat artikel menyatakan adanya hubungan polimorfisme gen dengan kejadian spinal tuberkulosis, yaitu polimorfisme gen IL-10, SLC11A1 (NRAMP1)rs lokus 17235409 (D543N), dan (MIF)-173G/C. Satu dari empat jurnal menyatakan bahwa polimorfisme gen TNF-α-308 dan TNF-α-238 tidak ada hubungan atau sedikit sekali hubungan dengan penyakit ini. Kesimpulan literature review adalah beberapa polimorfisme gen saja yang dapat menjadi prediktor spinal tuberkulosis, dikarenakan terdapat faktor-faktor lain yang mempengaruhi kejadian spinal tuberkulosis.
