Efektivitas Pemberian Platelet-Rich Plasma Pada Wanita Dengan Endometrium Tipis: Tinjauan Sistematis Literatur

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas pemberian Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) pada perempuan dengan endometrium tipis melalui systematic literature review. endometrium tipis merupakan tantangan utama dalam teknik reproduksi buatan karena berhubungan dengan rendahnya Implantation Rate (IR), Chemical Pregnancy Rate, Clinical Pregnancy Rate (CPR), dan Live Birth Rate (LBR). Metode penelitian melibatkan pencarian literatur pada database PubMed, Google Scholar, Sciencedirect, dan Springer dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang ketat. Kata kunci yang digunakan meliputi “ICSI”, “IVF”, “Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection”, “In Vitro Fertilization”, “PRP”, “Platelet-Rich Plasma”, dan “Thin Endometrium”. Jumlah studi yang disertakan dalam analisis adalah 12 studi, yang terdiri dari studi interventional cohort dan Randomised Control Trial (RCT). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pemberian PRP secara signifikan meningkatkan Endometrial Thickness (EMT), Implantation Rate (IR), Chemical Pregnancy Rate, Clinical Pregnancy Rate (CPR), dan Live Birth Rate (LBR). Namun, peningkatan pada LBR tidak signifikan secara statistik. Sebagian besar penelitian yang dianalisis adalah studi interventional cohort, yang rentan terhadap bias dan memiliki kekuatan bukti yang lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan randomized controlled trial (RCT). Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut dengan desain RCT yang baik untuk menguatkan temuan ini dan mengeksplorasi lebih lanjut pengaruh pemberian PRP terhadap LBR pada wanita dengan endometrium tipis. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam pengembangan terapi baru untuk mengatasi masalah endometrium tipis dalam teknologi reproduksi berbantu.
