Gambaran Kadar Vitamin D Dengan Kejadian Eksaserbasi Pasien PPOK Di Klinik Harum Melati Kabupaten Pringsewu

Abstract


Penyakit Paru Obstruktif Kronis (PPOK) merupakan penyakit pernapasan progresif yang ditandai dengan hambatan aliran udara dan eksaserbasi akut, dengan defisiensi vitamin D yang meningkatkan resiko eksaserbasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan kadar vitamin D dengan kejadian eksaserbasi pasien PPOK di Klinik Harum Melati Kabupaten Pringsewu. Rancangan observasional analitik dengan pendekatan Cross-sectional. Jumlah sampel 35 orang pasien PPOK di Klinik Harum Melati Kabupaten Pringsewu. Data pasien PPOK diperoleh melalui rekam medis dan data vitamin D diperoleh melalui pemeriksaan POCT yang dilakukan di RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Provinsi Lampung. Analisis statistik menggunakan uji Chi-Square untuk menilai hubungan antara kadar vitamin D dengan kejadian eksaserbasi pasien PPOK. Sebagian besar pasien PPOK dalam kondisi stabil sebanyak 31 orang (33,6%), dan tidak stabil sebanyak 4 orang (11,4%). Kadar vitamin D pada pasien mayoritas berada pada kategori rendah sebanyak 19 orang (54,3%).
