Evaluasi Implementasi Manajemen Perioperatif Terhadap Kinerja Operasional Kamar Operasi Di RS DR. J.H. Awaloei
Abstract
Kamar operasi berperan penting terhadap mutu layanan dan efisiensi rumah sakit. Di RS Dr J. H. Awaloei, ketepatan waktu mulai operasi pertama tahun 2024 masih rendah meskipun manajemen perioperatif telah diterapkan, sehingga diperlukan evaluasi keterkaitannya dengan utilisasi kamar operasi. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengevaluasi implementasi manajemen perioperatif dan menjelaskan keterkaitannya dengan indikator utilisasi kamar operasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain mixed methods sequential explanatory. Tahap kuantitatif berupa studi potong lintang pada 46 tenaga kesehatan menggunakan kuesioner Likert 40 item untuk menilai implementasi manajemen perioperatif, disertai analisis data indikator utilisasi kamar operasi. Tahap kualitatif dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam pada 10 informan kunci dengan analisis tematik untuk menjelaskan temuan kuantitatif. Implementasi manajemen perioperatif dipersepsikan sangat tinggi (rerata skor 3,67 ± 0,36), terutama pada aspek keselamatan dan asesmen praoperasi. Namun, indikator operasional menunjukkan ketepatan waktu mulai operasi pertama masih bermasalah: dari 3.650 operasi terjadwal, terdapat 3.509 operasi pertama yang tercatat lengkap; hanya 583 (16,5%) yang mulai tepat waktu, sementara sekitar 45,1% terlambat >60 menit dan sekitar 3,8% terlambat ≥180 menit. Temuan kualitatif menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan antara persepsi implementasi dan kinerja operasional, terutama pada aspek penjadwalan, koordinasi lintas unit, serta monitoring dan evaluasi berkelanjutan. Diperlukan penguatan penjadwalan, koordinasi, dan sistem monitoring–umpan balik agar perbaikan manajemen perioperatif berdampak nyata pada kinerja operasional kamar operasi.
