ANALISIS PENERAPAN GAYA ARSITEKTUR INDUSTRIAL UNFINISHED DESIGN PADA BANGUNAN NON-INDUSTRI, STUDI KASUS: EL’S COFFEE ROASTERY, NUJU COFFEE KEMILING, DAN KASKOS STAY & COFFEE
Abstract
ABSTRAK
Arsitektur industrial merupakan gaya desain yang saat ini sedang menjadi tren pada banyak bangunan dengan berbagai fungsi. Pengaplikasiannya paling banyak dapat dilihat pada studi kasus bangunan komersial non-industri maupun hunian tempat tinggal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan gaya arsitektur industrial pada bangunan non-industi dengan fokus pembahasan pada konsep unfinished design. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode perbandingan deskriptif kualitatif yang selanjutnya menghasilkan beberapa perbandingan seperti struktur dan utilitas, material, warna, dan bentuk. Berdasarkan penyandingan dan analisis terhadap aspek gaya arsitektur industrial pada bangunan non-industri diantaranya El’s Coffee Roastery, Nuju Coffee Kemiling, dan Kaskos Stay & Coffee dapat disimpulkan bahwa benar bangunan non industrial yang menjadi objek pada penelitian ini telah menerapkan gaya arsitektur industrial pada perancangannya.

ABSTRACT
The application analysis of industrial unfinished design architectural style to non-industrial buildings (case studies: el's coffee roastery, nuju coffee kemiling, and kaskos stay & coffee). Industrial architecture is a design style that is currently becoming a trend in buildings with several functions. Its application can be seen in case studies of non-industrial commercial buildings and residential buildings. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of industrial architectural style to non-industrial buildings with a focus on the discussion on the concept of unfinished design. In this study used a qualitative descriptive comparison method which then produces several comparisons such as structure and utility, material, color, and shape. Based on the comparison and analysis of industrial architectural style aspect in non-industrial buildings including El's Coffee Roastery, Nuju Coffee Kemiling, and Kaskos Stay & Coffee, it can be concluded that ii is true that the non-industrial buildings objects of this study have applied industrial architectural styles.
