Analisis Faktor yang Berperan pada Kejadian Turnover Perawat di Rumah Sakit Islam Jakarta Cempaka Putih

ABSTRACT

 

Turnover is a common enough occurrence in hospitals to be considered normal. defines turnover as the process in which an employee is lost to an organization and then recruited, hired, trained, and finally replaced. This is an identified analysis of factors that play a role in the incidence of nurse turnover at the Jakarta Cempaka Putih Islamic Hospital. This uses a cross sectional design because the measurements of the independent and dependent variables are assessed simultaneously at one time. There is a significant relationship between age (p value 0.046 < 0.05) and the OR value (1.787). This means that the age variable has the opportunity to cause nurses to experience turnover of 1.7 times. There is a relationship between job satisfaction and the results show (p value 0.032 <0.05) so it can be concluded that job satisfaction is related to nurse turnover with an OR value (0.503). The factors that influence turnover at the Jakarta Cempaka Putih Islamic Hospital are age and job satisfaction, and the variables with the greatest influence are age (0.636) and job satisfaction (-0.740) the rest is influenced by other factors which were not examined in the research This

ABSTRAK

 

Turnover adalah kejadian yang cukup umum di rumah sakit untuk dianggap normal. mendefinisikan turnover sebagai proses di mana seorang karyawan hilang ke organisasi dan kemudian direkrut, dipekerjakan, dilatih, dan akhirnya diganti. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah Teridentifikasi Analisis faktor yang berperan pada kejadian turnover perawat di Rumah Sakit Islam Jakarta Cempaka Putih.  Desain penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan cross sectional karena pengukuran variabel independen dan dependen dinilai secara simultan pada satu saat. Ada  hubungan yang bermakna antara usia (p value 0.046 < 0.05) dengan nilai OR (1.787) Artinya variabel usia berpeluang untuk menyebabkan perawat mengalami turnover sebesar 1.7 kali. Ada hubungan  kepuasan kerja menunjukkan hasil (p value 0.032 < 0.05) sehingga dapat disimpulkan kepuasan kerja berhubungan dengan turnover perawat dengan nilai OR (0.503). Faktor yang mempengaruhi turnover di Rumah Sakit Islam Jakarta Cempaka Putih adalah usia dan kepuasan kerja, serta variabel yang paling besar pengaruhnya adalah usia sebesar (0.636) dan kepuasan kerja (-0.740) sisanya di pengaruhi oleh factor lainnya yang tidak di teliti pada penelitian ini.
