Dukungan Sosial terhadap Kualitas Hidup Perempuan Infertilitas di Kabupaten Manggarai

ABSTRACT
Social support has an important role in improving the quality of life. Women who receive appropriate social support can improve their quality of life, including increasing self-confidence, reducing pressure, stress and depression, as well as increasing hope and optimism in facing infertility problems. The aim of the research is to analyze the influence of social support on the quality of life of women experiencing infertility in Manggarai Regency. This research is quantitative with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total of 90 people. The characteristics of this study are women who have been married for 1 year and have not had children without using contraception. Data analysis was carried out using Chi Square. There is a relationship between social support and the quality of life of infertile women (p value 0.003<0.05). Understanding the positive impact of social support on the quality of life of women experiencing infertility can be a reference for us to develop better interventions and support programs by providing adequate social support.

ABSTRAK
Dukungan sosial memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup. Perempuan yang mendapat dukungan sosial yang tepat dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup termasuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri, mengurangi tekanan, stres dan depresi, serta meningkatkan harapan dan optimisme dalam menghadapi masalah infertilitas. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengalisis pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap kualitas hidup perempuan yang mengalami infertilitas di Kabupaten Manggarai. Penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Tehnik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah 90 orang. Karakteristik penelitian ini adalah perempuan yang sudah menikah selama 1 tahun dan belum memiliki keturunan tanpa menggunakan alat kontrasepsi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan Chi Square. Ada hubungan dukungan sosial terhadap kualitas hidup perempuan infertilitas (p value 0,003<0,05). Dengan memahami dampak positif dari dukungan sosial terhadap kualitas hidup perempuan yang mengalami infertilitas dapat menjadi acuan bagi kita untuk mengembangkan intervensi dan program dukungan yang lebih baik dengan pemberian dukungan sosial yang memadai.
