Strategi Manajemen Laboratorium Rumah Sakit Dengan Anggaran Minimal: Pendekatan Efisiensi Dan Inovasi
Abstract
ABSTRACT : Hospital Laboratory Management Strategies With Minimal Budget: An Efficiency And Innovation Approach
As hospital laboratories play an important role in supporting patient diagnosis and treatment, efficient management is crucial for hospital laboratories operating on a limited budget. This research aims to explore optimal laboratory management strategies with minimal budget through the application of efficiency and innovation approaches. The research focuses on how hospital laboratories can optimize existing resources by implementing efficient and innovative management strategies. This research used a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data was collected through interviews with laboratory managers, medical staff, as well as through observation. The results showed that optimizing the use of resources is one of the key factors in maintaining the efficiency of hospital laboratory operations with a minimal budget. The conclusions obtained indicate that effective management can be achieved through the integration of technological innovations, data-driven management systems, and cross-departmental collaboration within the hospital. The use of automation technology and laboratory information systems are key elements in improving efficiency.
