Persepsi Risiko Keselamatan dalam Kegiatan Pendakian Gunung

Abstract


Pendakian gunung merupakan kegiatan yang menggabungkan beberapa keahlian seperti rock climbing, ice climbing, dan keterampilan khusus serta pengetahuan di alam liar. Pendakian gunung dikategorikan sebagai kegiatan berisiko tinggi karena potensi dari cedera fisik dengan tingkat keparahan yang tinggi hingga kematian yang bisa terjadi berkaitan dengan kegiatan ini. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk melihat persepsi risiko keselamatan pendaki dan faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi terbentuknya persepsi. Tulisan ini disusun dengan metode traditional literatur review dengan menggunakan mesin pencari Google Scholar, Sagepub, Science Direct, Wiley Online, Taylor&Francis, Springerlink, dan Researchgate dengan menggunakan keyword Mountaineering, mountaineers, tourist, outdoor activity, risk perception, risk perceived, persepsi risiko, dan pendakian gunung Berdasarkan literatur yang dianalisis beberapa faktor yang membentuk persepsi risiko pendaki dipengaruhi oleh intensitas pendakian, anggota pendakian, dan jenis kelamin. Persepsi risiko yang terbentuk merupakan hal komplekss dan bersifat multidimensional yang merupakan cerminan dari norma sosial yang dianut, keterampilan yang dimiliki, dan tingkat pengalaman yang dimiliki masing – masing individu.
