TINJAUAN SISTEMATIS: POTENSI DAUN KELOR (Moringa oleifera Lam.) SEBAGAI ANTIOKSIDAN PERIODE 2016–2026

Daun kelor (Moringa oleifera Lam.) telah lama dikenal dalam pengobatan tradisional sebagai sumber nutrisi dan senyawa bioaktif. Meningkatnya kasus penyakit degeneratif yang dipicu stres oksidatif mendorong eksplorasi sumber antioksidan alami yang efektif dan aman. Tujuan: Systematic review ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara komprehensif bukti ilmiah terkini mengenai aktivitas antioksidan daun kelor, mekanisme kerjanya, dan implikasinya bagi pengembangan produk kesehatan. Metode: Pencarian literatur dilakukan pada basis data PubMed, Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, dan DOAJ untuk publikasi periode 2016–2026 menggunakan protokol PRISMA. Sebanyak 42 studi memenuhi kriteria inklusi dari 487 artikel yang teridentifikasi. Hasil: Daun kelor mengandung berbagai senyawa antioksidan potensial meliputi flavonoid (quercetin, kaempferol, isorhamnetin), asam fenolat, isothiocyanate (moringin), karotenoid (β-karoten, lutein, zeaxantin), serta vitamin C dan E. Nilai IC50 DPPH berkisar antara 28,4–98,6 µg/mL tergantung pelarut ekstraksi dan kondisi pengolahan. Studi in vivo menunjukkan peningkatan enzim antioksidan endogen (SOD, CAT, GPx) dan penurunan malondialdehida (MDA). Dua RCT mengkonfirmasi peningkatan biomarker antioksidan serum pada manusia. Kesimpulan: Daun kelor memiliki aktivitas antioksidan yang kuat dan terdokumentasi secara ilmiah, menjadikannya kandidat potensial dalam pengembangan pangan fungsional dan fitofarmaka untuk mencegah penyakit berbasis stres oksidatif.
