Hypertension in pregnancy can be prevented by changing towards a healthy lifestyle, pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapy. Non-pharmacological therapy is in the form of combination therapy of foot massage and soaking warm water mixed with lemon.

Purpose: To determine the effect of foot massage in decreasing blood pressure in cases of hypertension in pregnancy.

Method: A quasi-experiment design with group pretest-posttest design with a control group. The sample was taken with a non-probability sampling technique with 30 participants and using technical analysis of the paired t-test.

Results: Based on bivariate analysis on different tests, using the Mann-Whitney Test correlation test for anxiety variables, blood pressure variables using the Paired Samples Test, and pulse using the Independent Samples Test test, then obtained a p-value of 0.00 < 0.05.

Metode: Penelitian Quasy eksperiment design dengan rancangan group pretest-posttest with control group design.
