Hubungan Akne Vulgaris Dengan Tingkat Ansietas Pada Mahasiswa Program Studi Kedokteran Universitas Khairun

Akne vulgaris (AV) merupakan suatu penyakit kulit yang dapat berupa komedo, papul, pustul, nodus dan juga kista yang muncul karena adanya peradangan kronis folikel pilosebasea di kulit. Akne sering ditemukan pada wajah, berdampak terhadap penampilan visual seseorang, dapat menimbulkan perasaan malu, tidak percaya diri, dan rasa cemas yang berlebihan yang akan menyebabkan beban emosional dan psikologi pasien. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan akne vulgaris dengan tingkat ansietas pada mahasiswa program studi Kedokteran Universitas Khairun. Metode yang digunakan bersifat analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling, yaitu 57 responden pada 01 Oktober 2023–31 Oktober 2023 sesuai kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa akne ringan berjumlah 41 responden (71,9%) merupakan akne terbanyak dan tidak ada ansietas 49 responden (86,0%) merupakan hasil terbanyak. Pada hubungan akne vulgaris dengan tingkat ansietas didapatkan asymp sig (2-tailed) = 0,345 atau nilai a > 0,05. Simpulan penelitian ini tidak terdapat hubungan antara akne vulgaris dengan tingkat anisietas pada mahasiswa program studi Kedokteran Universitas Khairun.
