Faktor-Faktor Yang Memengaruhi Indeks Massa Tubuh Terhadap Pasien Skizofrenia Di Rs. Jiwa Daerah Provinsi Lampung

Skizofrenia ditandai dengan gangguan pikiran, emosi, perilaku, dan dapat dipicu oleh faktor genetik, usia, jenis kelamin, pekerjaan, konflik keluarga, dan status ekonomi. Kesehatan gizi juga berperan penting dalam pengelolaan skizofrenia, karena masalah gizi dapat memperburuk kondisi dan kualitas hidup penderita. Masalah gizi menjadi penyebab penting dalam kesehatan penderita skizofrenia, dengan gizi kurang atau lebih dapat memperburuk kondisi fisik dan fungsional. Risiko berat badan berlebih dan peningkatan Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT) pada penderita skizofrenia berhubungan dengan penurunan kualitas hidup. Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi indeks massa tubuh terhadap pasien skizofrenia di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Provinsi Lampung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional, dengan menggunakan data sekunder berupa rekam medik pasien RS. Jiwa Daerah Provinsi Lampung tahun 2023 berjumlah 160 sampel yang memenuhi kriteria. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada 26 April – 4 Mei 2024. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan distribusi frekuensi dari karakteristik reponden di RS. Jiwa Daerah Provinsi Lampung tahun 2023 didominasi pasien skizofrenia terinci (56,3%%), IMT tidak normal (63,7%), berusia >25 tahun (60%), berjenis kelamin laki-laki (53.8%), tidak bekerja (51,3%), dan berpendidikan dasar (88,7%). Terdapat pengaruh IMT terhadap faktor risiko usia dengan peluang sebanyak 0.342 kali, jenis kelamin dengan peluang sebanyak 1.977 kali, dan pekerjaan dengan peluang sebanyak 4.364 kali. Sedangkan faktor pendidikan tidak memiliki pengaruh terhaadap IMT dengan nilai P=0.115.
