Gambaran Perilaku Self-Harm Pada Pasien Nonpsikotik Di RSJD Atma Husada Mahakam Samarinda

Self-harm didefinisikan sebagai perilaku seseorang yang melukai diri sendiri dengan berbagai cara baik secara fisik atau mental yang bertujuan untuk mengatasi tekanan atau rasa sakit emosional. Belum ada penelitian yang membahas mengenai gambaran perilaku self-harm di Kota Samarinda sehingga peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran perilaku self-harm pada pasien di RSJD Atma Husada Mahakam Samarinda berdasarkan usia, jenis kelamin, riwayat pekerjaan, orientasi seksual, status pernikahan, riwayat pendidikan, diagnosis psikiatri, metode self-harm, dan frekuensi self-harm. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional. Data diperoleh melalui pengisian kuesioner serta rekam medis. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode quota sampling, melibatkan 98 pasien, dengan 56 di antaranya pernah melakukan self-harm selama periode Mei-Juli. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas pelaku self-harm adalah remaja (71,4%), dengan dominasi perempuan (71,4%), dan tingkat pendidikan terakhir SMA (76,8%). Sebagian besar pasien berstatus mahasiswa (46,6%), berorientasi heteroseksual (96,4%), dan belum menikah (76,8%). Diagnosis psikiatri yang paling umum adalah gangguan depresi (64,3%), dengan metode self-harm terbanyak berupa penyiksaan diri melalui pemikiran yang mengalahkan diri (94,6%). Semua pasien yang terlibat melakukan self-harm lebih dari satu kali (100%).
