Perbedaan Kemampuan Keterampilan Klinik Mahasiswa Profesi Dokter Pre Dan Post Kepaniteraan Komprehensif Pada Studi Kasus Trauma Muskuloskeletal

Kompetensi kegawatdaruratan (3B) meliputi kemampuan mendiagnosis, memberikan terapi awal, merujuk, dan menindaklanjuti pasien, dengan penguasaan keterampilan klinik yang dikembangkan melalui praktik langsung di bawah supervisi dokter, terutama selama tahap profesi atau kepaniteraan klinik. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi perbedaan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam menangani kasus kegawatdaruratan muskuloskeletal sebelum dan sesudah kepaniteraan komprehensif menggunakan Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE). Kepaniteraan komprehensif melibatkan berbagai rotasi klinik untuk melatih manajemen kasus holistik, dengan OSCE digunakan sebagai alat evaluasi. Berdasarkan analisis uji t-berpasangan pada 49 mahasiswa dari populasi 98, skor rata-rata OSCE meningkat dari 62,27 menjadi 65,14, namun perbedaan ini tidak signifikan secara statistik (p = 0,142). Temuan ini menunjukkan tidak ada peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan klinik mahasiswa setelah kepaniteraan komprehensif.
